We were amazed at how well the car coped with long journeys on some terribly pot-holed roads! We had no problems with it at all.
There were unpleasant sweat marks on the back seats, but we didn't need to use those, so not a problem.
There was a bit of a communication problem because our email revising the collection time didn't get sent on by Car Trawler in time, so we were left waiting. Also, when a helpful chap from another company called them for us, it still took half an hour for him to come for us. Had we known their office was only a few hundred metres away, we would have walked there!
Very straightforward collection and return - no pressure to take on their insurance - we had got on own.
